Standing tall and outstretched between earth and sky,
balanced between gravity and lightness
Focusing on the breathing, always, adding softness to the posture.
Moving with. Listening, sensing the signals from the body –
Feeling the luxury of slowly undoing tightness and blockages –
the joy of freeing up the body.
In that way the yoga session, however long or short,
becomes like a meditation guiding us towards the inner centre of stillness.
And from there we can go out into the world
refreshed and with renewed connection to our true being – spreading the benefits of this wonderful practice.

Gentle class suitable for beginners as well as for those with experience
This class is cancelled over the Summer.
Thursdays 10am – 11.30am
More energetic class suitable for those with some experience
£10 for Drop in
£ 50 for 6 sessions to be used within 8 weeks

It can be helpful to have one or more sessions with individual attention if you are new to yoga and want to begin a class or if you have experience and want to focus on certain aspects of the practice or cannot find time to come to a regular class.

Your Space: Saturday Mini Yoga Workshops
More time for deeper exploration of some of the postures, breathing exercises and meditations and more individual attention than in an ordinary class as the numbers are limited.
Each workshop has a theme, partly influenced by participants’ needs.
Suitable for those with some experience of yoga.
